Tasting Notes

Nose

Intense, a bit tangy but fresh and clean. Nougat, white chocolate. Cider apple. Hint of smoked almond. Then caramel.

Palate

Round and sweet. Alcohol is well mastered. Toasted almond and roast coffee beans. Toblerone.

Finish

Medium long, very nutty.

Comment

I was expecting more fruit from a sauternes finish but I don’t mind nuts and chocolate.Water enhances the spices and oakiness but takes the luscious chocolate note out.
