Nose

Sticky toffee and date pudding. Light apple and pear notes. Lime zest. Brown sauce. Malted wheat cereal and soya milk. Rich Tea biscuits.

Palate

Medium-full. A sweet barbecue-smoke note emerges, with smoked aubergine. Caraway seed, ground cumin, and smoky paprika. More sticky toffee pudding with crystallised ginger and tart blackcurrant jam.

Finish

Medium-long, on dark mint chocolate, clove, and soft smoke.
