Nose

An easygoing start. The sweetness leads — bananas and maple syrup — but there’s a slight drying, smoky note hiding underneath it.

Palate

Ashy and sooty, very mouth coating. There’s lemon peels and green grass, a bit of bitterness like walnut skins, then more rich sweetness in the form of toffee. A little popcorn.

Finish

The smoke stays long after the sip finishes with nice rounded earthy notes too.
