Nose

Burning caramel and a block of dark chocolate. With time, it opens up to a fruity sourness — lemon sherbet and lime juice.

Palate

Caramel persists, followed by cinnamon biscuits, freshly baked pastries, and almonds. Water reveals a little more fruitiness, especially lemon and a slight hint of pear.

Finish

Medium in length, the initial sharpness fading to smoothness.
