Nose

Initially brilliantly fresh and grassy with aromas of warm rye bread, before toasted oak, coconut sorbet and vanilla custard.

Palate

Starts out soft and caramel-driven before the spicy rye creeps in with warm oak spice zing, mango leather and apple cake.

Finish

A little dry but warm and long.

Comments: Nicely balanced, a solid rye whiskey indeed.
