Nose
Waves of lime and chilli mussels, crispy seaweed, toasted brioche and chargrilled salmon lead, with some undertones of hot plastic and prawn crackers covered in dark soy sauce.
Palate
Full on heat with a seafood barbeque, pickled chillies and tobacco ash. Candyfloss, blackcurrant sherbet and an element of lighter fluid end up overpowering any fruit notes that are left.
Finish
Light in texture with an oily finish.
Comment
Major peat bomb with very little wiggle room.
