Nose
Smoky peanut butter in a glass? The smoke develops into iodine with undertones of lime jelly, chocolate muffins and crispy bacon with pancakes.
Palate
Barbequed pineapple, blackcurrant jam and notes of hot roasted hazelnuts, charcoal smoke, pickled strawberries and gingerbread. Suggestions of fresh mint, stewed chamomile tea and double cream.
Finish
Full of smoke powering through the fruits with a very biscuit-y finish.
Comment
Creamy, smoky, nutty, fruity, jammy, minty…
