Nose

Hard caramels, dried apple, dried apricot, and heather honey. Subtle sweet cereal notes, malted milk and oat biscuit. Delicately grassy. Lime juice and meadowsweet. Somewhat mead-like.

Palate

Very light. Sweet vanilla syrup, all-butter croissant with icing sugar and apricot jam. Some subtle bisongrass. Lemon sherbet in rice paper casings, too. Some cinnamon spices.

Finish

Short, on honey over green apple.

Comment

Soft, summery and comforting. Immensely easy-going.
