Nose
Very inviting nose. Peaches, roses, orange blossom, honeysuckle. A touch of ginger spice. With water it fills out, and freshly pressed apple juice, lemon zest, and a herbal note emerge.
Palate
Initially concentrated due to the higher ABV but still beautiful. Palate mimics the nose, with fresh floral and fruity notes. With water, too much spice, and not as much development as expected.
Finish
Fairly short, but still enjoyable.
Comment
Promised a lot on the nose and mostly delivered but didn’t love the level of spice after adding water.
