Nose

Softly whipped cream. Warm spice of cinnamon and nutmeg. Tart apple and banana chips. Caramelised pineapple and coconut macaroon. Hints of warm wort and white wine.

Palate

Medium. Apple and blackcurrant crumble. Dark muscovado sugar, date, and toasted shaved coconut. A hint of roasted mushroom. Coffee cream-filled dark chocolates.

Finish

Medium. Very dark chocolate and fresh cherry juice. Later, digestive biscuit.

Comment

Well balanced. It feels indulgent without being too rich.
