Blossom honey, jasmine flowers, New York cheesecake, plum wine, yuzu, and raspberry jam. Peach ring sweets (pfirsichringe).
Palate
Medium. Intensely juicy notes of pineapple, jasmine, mixed berries and tinned peach. Blossom honey, baked pear, brown sugar-dusted shortcrust pastry, egg custard, and cinnamon. Delicate peanut brittle and flapjack.
Finish
Medium, on peach and peanut.
