Nose

A touch of cake and a touch of coffee ­— a good mid-afternoon pick me up.

Palate

Warming and fruity, with quite a cooling kick of peppermint and spice.

Finish

Medium length with a little woodiness near the end.

Comment

I wanted a little more from the nose here. It’s slightly shy in the glass and perhaps missing a bit of complexity, although pleasant.
