Nose: Light gold. Hay, cereal, crisp nuttiness with some young grain and a light whiff of chimney smoke.
Palate: Starts fairly sweet then dries swiftly. Pretty thin with some peanut brittle and light fruit.
Finish: Short, nutty and very dry.
Comment: I'm not convinced about the potential of any whisky named after a cow...(or a cliched term for a Scotsman).

Taster
Nose: Very sweet, syrupy. Hints of burnt sugar.
Palate: Boiled sweets. Seaside rock.
Finish: Cry. Grass. Gorse.
Comment: Overwhelmed by sugary sweetness.
