Palate: Lively palate with good biscuity structure. Light banoffie pie, strawberry. Floral then a smoky edge. Well balanced.

Finish: Lightly smoky.

Comment: Lightbodied,but fresh and fragrant. Japanese beginners start here.

Nose: An outdoor whiff of aromas.Very fresh and invigorating.Like walking by the shore outside Bruichladdich on a wet day. Sweet notes emerge slowly. Maple syrup.

Palate: Lovely feel. Cheerful and fruity. Peach and cream tart.Pecan pie. A touch of treacle. Intricate. Delicious.

Finish: Smooth,delicately spiced (cinnamon and ginger).

Comment: An appetizing dram. Well-balanced and moreish. To be enjoyed with appropriate puddings.
