Taster

Nose: A grassy and malty profile. Muesli, aniseed, vanilla syrup. Lemon sorbet. Even hot custard.

Palate: Smooth. Fruity. Light and refreshing. Pear drop, fresh pineapple.

Finish: Sherbety, fruity. Leaves a clean and fresh aftertaste.

Comment: A young but very decent dram. To enjoy on a summer evening.

Taster

Nose: Fresh and fragrant. Green apple, nettle, green grass, it's a Sauvignon Blanc! Creamier and more floral with water.

Palate: Delicate and sweet with some lime. Those floral notes are more apparent. Drier with water. A hugely pleasing aperitif. Try chilled.

Finish: Blossom fresh. Scented stocks and jasmine.

Comment: Amazingly good for its age. Great spirit. This is one to watch.
