Nose

Vanilla and coconut sponge with raspberry preserve. Buttery hard caramels and a touch of new leather. Cooked apples and sweet iced tea.

Palate

Medium bodied. Cinnamon- and nutmeg-dusted French toast with almond butter, Maraschino cherries, and fresh figs. Toasted oak and cinder toffee.

Finish

Medium, on cinnamon and clove-spiked custard and oat biscuits.

Comment

The luxurious butteriness of this bowled me over. Can I spread it on my toast?
