Nose

Toffee sweets, cinnamon buns with cream cheese icing, then some apples in sugar and strawberry foams.

Palate

Very sweet to begin but with a bitter backnote. Golden syrup, banana foams, and brioche lead the way without water. With a dash of water, the bitterness subsides.

Finish

Dries out and leads to a slightly increased bitterness.

Comment

A pleasant whisky that tastes surprisingly light given how strong it is. Go easy with the water.
