Nose

A bit prickly. Pear drop, peach cordial, foam banana sweets, pencil shavings, and some flinty cut stone character. A touch of cake batter, dried apricot and heather. Chamomile tea and vanilla shake.

Palate

Very light bodied, but quite spiritous. Chamomile tea with lemon and honey. Clementine and strong roasted chestnut.

Finish

Pine nut, dries slightly, then ends on a sweet balsamic and orange oil note.

Comment

A few key, strong flavours, but quite hot, ephemeral and difficult to get at.
