Nose
Buttermilk, mild cheddar. Lemongrass and lavender. With time come gentle honeyed notes, and tons of vanilla. A few fresher fruits, the grass and straw dominate, but it’s a bit ho-hum.
Palate
It’s another vanilla bomb. Bright citrus notes and black pepper frame those golden syrup notes. Mead, straw, something reasonably malty at the core, with sharp acidic grapefruit.
Finish
Vanilla, vanilla, vanilla, with some sour sweet notes and straw.
