A warm toasty nose of tea infused figs, dates and plums. Ginger jam and membrillo with malted loaf. Lots of sherry over time.
Palate
Toasted Jamaica loaf, more sultanas and raisins. Crème brûlée with sweet spices. A hint of struck match and warm rubber.
Finish
Robust, long and velvety.
