Nose

Honey water and vanilla essence, backed by subtle daffodil and jasmine tea notes. Elderberry wine and gooseberry jam. Green apple with Greek yoghurt. Wensleydale cheese with apricot pieces.

Palate

Subtle sweet ricotta and candied lemon, then intense marmalade and honey-dipped red apple notes. Apple, peach and raspberry juice-flavoured water.

Finish

Medium, on blossom honey.
