Nose
Delicate and fruity with hints of Galia melon, baked apples and lemon zest, alongside a buttery, flaky French horn filled with vanilla crème and dusted with a light coat of icing sugar.
Palate
Surprisingly musty, like a disused barn, but with an earthy fruitiness in the skin of Conference pears and crumbly red apples. Some baking spice helps lift things a little.
Finish
It doesn’t stick around, but there’s cooked red apples and Nestlé chocolate.
Comment
Try this in a Highball with soda and a slice of red apple.
