Nose
Retrained and elegant. Broad soft fruits,dried cherry,polished oak with a spicy tingle. Light resin,roasted pepper/sun-dried tomato.
Palate
Nutty and oaky which loosens into butterscotch and then nuts ,then toasty cedar. Papery,then date like fruit before it starts to grip.
Finish
Firm and nutty.

Superb nose,but a little dry on the tongue. Still...!
