Nose
Another sherry bomb, this time with big roasted notes. Mocha and slight meatiness. Bitter cacao. Barbeque, dry timber, struck match.
Palate
Big sulphur character. Meaty with some liquorice and walnut. Has presence and a firm grip. With water it stretches into bitter peels.
Finish
Tight and slightly smoky.
Comment
Big and tannic. Would add structure to a blend.
