Nose

A very soft and delicate nose with fudge sweetness and tangerine. Warm hay and fresh pencil shavings.

Palate

This was exceptionally easy to drink - honeycomb and Pink Lady apple. Balsa wood emerges.

Finish

Soft and dainty -whisky wearing ballet shoes.

Comment

It is great to see three such individual characters and I enjoyed them all on their own merit. I would love to see this one at a slightly higher strength.
