Taster

Nose: A very soft and delicate nose with fudge sweetness and tangerine. Warm hay and fresh pencil shavings.

Palate: This was exceptionally easy to drink - honeycomb and Pink Lady apple. Balsa wood emerges.

Finish: Soft and dainty -whisky wearing ballet shoes.

Comment: It is great to see three such individual characters and I enjoyed them all on their own merit. I would love to see this one at a slightly higher strength.

Taster

Nose: Sylvestry. Pine needles. Freshly sawed wood. An earthy touch of wet leaves. Pencil lead. Then fruit and some butterscotch. Stewed peaches.

Palate: Round and sweet. The same fruity notes as on the palate. Honeyed apples. Sweet maltiness. Mint tea.

Finish: Smooth but rather short.

Comment: Simple, pleasant, with a good fruity character. Would have benefitted from a higher strength. Water tends to negate it.
