Nose

A ham roasted with maple syrup, monkfish with a tamarind glaze - all on the barbeque with fresh bonfire smoke to boot. Fruit chutney. Lime and brine come with water.

Palate

A lovely chewy, chunky mouth filling dram - venison carpaccio and heather hearth. One of those whiskies that makes you want to jump right in.

Finish

I loved this without water, it doesn’t need it.
