Nose
First, chamomile tea with floral honey. Then chewy orange notes: orange wine gum, almost into wax crayon. Iced finger buns, milk chocolate, and freshly milled black pepper. Pencil shavings.
Palate
Light bodied. Toasted teacake, dried orange peel, and milk chocolate chips. Hints of black tea with more honey. The orange notes turn juicier and sweeter with time, almost to orange liqueur.
Finish
Medium-short, on orange-flavoured milk chocolate and, finally, black pepper.
Comment
Simple but satisfying.
