Tasting Notes

Taster

Nose: A bowl of granola with fresh banana and honey. Very grainy, malt led, malt loaf and butter. A little farmyard note in here too, leaf mulch and warmed candle wax. Crushed mints, cherries, almonds and sea salt.

Palate: Soft and plenty of those butter notes come through, that banana is now accompanied by toffee sauce. Digestive biscuits as well.

Finish: Long and very fruity. A little gentle spice note starts to build, cinnamon too.

Comment: Good solid stuff with some well balanced sweet notes.

Taster

Nose: Polished leather and tropical fruits with dashes of aloe vera, pine resin and jalapeño stuffed with cranberry jam-packed brie. Let it breathe and there’s a tonne of pink grapefruit shouting out.

Palate: Very herbal and citrus filled. A rich note of milk chocolate covered peanuts begin to develop, followed by sautéed mushrooms and rosemary salted sweet potato fries.

Finish: Hints of kid’s strawberry toothpaste reinforcing that initial fruity herbal notes.

Comment: Give it some breathing space if you want it to really talk.
