Nose
Polished leather and tropical fruits with dashes of aloe vera, pine resin and jalapeño stuffed with cranberry jam-packed brie. Let it breathe and there’s a tonne of pink grapefruit shouting out.
Palate
Very herbal and citrus filled. A rich note of milk chocolate covered peanuts begin to develop, followed by sautéed mushrooms and rosemary salted sweet potato fries.
Finish
Hints of kid’s strawberry toothpaste reinforcing that initial fruity herbal notes.
Comment
Give it some breathing space if you want it to really talk.
