Tasting Notes

Nose

Earthy and mossy, with aloe, menthol and eucalyptus. Pickled green chilli peppers and pear drop. Very delicate vanilla and green olives in brine. Delicately petrolic.

Palate

Medium bodied. Herbal. Tarragon and menthol, with delicate apple and pear. Roasted agave, with some sweet vanilla notes. Hot and somewhat gingery.

Finish

The menthol and eucalyptus linger, with some delicate cereal notes.

Comment

Some real depth to the nose, but too spirit forward to consider fully mature just yet.
