Nose: Caramel toffees in tin foil wrappers. New trainers fresh out of the box. Lumps of cherry wood seasoning, paper bags with salted almonds. Sweetness from fudge pieces, white coffee and a pine edge.
Palate: Sweet distillate at first, then the wood comes through. Everything starts to heat up slowly. Almond pastry and apricot jam. Chocolate covered coffee beans as well.
Finish: Long and full of Tabasco heat.
Comment: Pretty good stuff indeed, would stop you in your tracks and make you think.

Nose: Yoghurt covered raisins followed by yoghurt covered raisins. A dash of wood smoke then more yoghurt covered raisins. You get the point. Dusty books, fresh ginger and crunchy peanut butter.
Palate: Well it definitely does not disappoint on the raisin front. Cherry leather, praline pecans and thai style noodles with fresh mint all boxed up and recently polished mahogany joins in.
Finish: That fresh mint note stews and stews and lengthens the finish. Leathery for sure.
Comment: Not to be a broken record but… Raisins. Over and out!
Score: 8.9
