Nose

Yoghurt covered raisins followed by yoghurt covered raisins. A dash of wood smoke then more yoghurt covered raisins. You get the point. Dusty books, fresh ginger and crunchy peanut butter.

Palate

Well it definitely does not disappoint on the raisin front. Cherry leather, praline pecans and thai style noodles with fresh mint all boxed up and recently polished mahogany joins in.

Finish

That fresh mint note stews and stews and lengthens the finish. Leathery for sure.
