Nose

Melon balls and Parma ham sprinkled with cinnamon. Custard cream biscuits. A little hay-barn and fresh earth. A rubbery edge that moves to air-dried ham and soy sauce.

Palate

Orange chocolate pieces at first, bourbon biscuits then full on Rocky Road cake, marshmallow, chocolate and honeycomb. Hints of Rum Baba and raisin infested ice cream.

Finish

That rum comes through and lasts a long time. A little meaty too.
