Nose

Dusty and fruity in equal proportions — some baked banana and old books, apple sauce, and strawberry jam.

Palate

Incredibly sweet, like it’s been dunked in a fruit cocktail: cherries and pineapple cubes, some honeydew melon and golden syrup. There’s a nice spice that balances it out.

Finish

Fairly quick, but what’s left is pleasant.

Comment

Despite the high ABV, it is really approachable. Good texture, but definitely on the sweet side.
