Nose

Full and chewy with roasted hazelnuts and almonds, dark chocolate and stewed plums. Raisins, hot toffee sauce, oil paints and old leather saddle bags create a damp and dusty sweetness.

Palate

Hot and spicy straight off the bat with plums in a star anise and cinnamon syrup, crystalised ginger and white pepper. A softness builds with salted popcorn.

Finish

Full. Bold. Chewy. Takes no prisoners.
