Nose

Initially very floral, with a touch of beeswax. Some wonderful soft American oak touches: vanilla and spice but nothing too intense. Lots of citrus and orchard fruit.

Palate

Light and fresh honey and flowers, with a dash of freshly squeezed orange juice and a hint of mint. Easily dances across the palate.

Finish

Well-integrated oak leads to a lengthy if gentle finish.

Comment

A fine dram, balanced by sweetness and meadow aromas.
