Tasting Notes

Nose

Poached pears with saffron, hints of fudge. Gin like botanical notes like fresh coriander. Solventnotes that reminded me of hot paper from a photocopier. Thin and tight.

Palate

It lacked body and I struggled to find flavour. Cooling like watered down mint, then an odd spicy dryness. \n

Finish

Crisp, slight and short.

Comment

Quite a shadowy spirit.
