Nose
Mealy with some sweet grassiness. Apple purée, wet fern and a floral character (lilac). Some toasty oak below. Good creamy sweetness.
Palate
Intense and focused with real lemon tartness to start. Mellows into clotted cream, tangerine and a crisp oak giving balancing grip.
Finish
Surprisingly dry.
Comment
A huge leap in quality from the old 10 Years Old.
