ABV 43.1%
A pretty easy going dram, certainly a go to on a spring evening. Lots of vanilla and sweetness.

Nose: Very flora, gorse flowers in the sunshine, salted caramel sweets and oatcakes with borage honey. Peach skins and juice. Unsmoked fatty bacon and then oak as fresh, sappy wood shavings.
Palate: Candy coated almonds and tropical fruit juice. Mango and lime sorbet. Lots of vanilla, sweets and the pods, then the oak starts to grip.
Finish: Short but ends with that lovely peach juice note.
Comment: A pretty easy going dram, certainly a go to on a spring evening. Lots of vanilla and sweetness.

Taster
Nose: Light and airy. This one wants to make the most of a summer's day in the sun. White grape juice and a perfumed edge. Red apples and just a touch of woody smoke.
Palate: Sweet, with a little smokiness to it upfront. Sweetness is a little deeper than the nose, flambéed peach and apricot and apple skins. Sugar-coated custard tarts.
Finish: Middle-length that starts peppery and becomes very freshening. Stone fruits and mint.
Comment: Perfect for this time of year. Picnic whisky!
