Nose

Very flora, gorse flowers in the sunshine, salted caramel sweets and oatcakes with borage honey. Peach skins and juice. Unsmoked fatty bacon and then oak as fresh, sappy wood shavings.

Palate

Candy coated almonds and tropical fruit juice. Mango and lime sorbet. Lots of vanilla, sweets and the pods, then the oak starts to grip.

Finish

Short but ends with that lovely peach juice note.

Comment

A pretty easy going dram, certainly a go to on a spring evening. Lots of vanilla and sweetness.
