Nose

Banana ice cream with a drizzling of hot raspberry sauce and crushed meringues. Rosemary, stewed tea leaves and roasted hazelnuts develop.

Palate

Hints of linseed oil infused with orange pith and green tea creating a sharp bitterness at the forefront. To follow, samphire barbequed with chilli flakes and some lush pink grapefruit segments.

Finish

An oily consistency with a salted sweetness.

Well, talk about keeping you on your toes. This is certainly a sipper.
