Nose

Honey and jasmine green tea, a gentle acetone, think opening 35mm file cases. Poached pears with chocolate and rosewater. Oak with honey and raisin flapjacks. Tannin grip.

Palate

The apple pie experience, butter pastry, whipped cream, cinnamon spice and then a tart green apple. Butterscotch angel delight and tangerine juice. Beef dripping on seeded bread.

Finish

Long and delicately spiced with almond pastry.

Really fun with layers emerging. Such a great finish too.
