Nose

All the stone fruits with a serving of eggs benedict and sweet tomato and pepper salsa developing. Super nutty too with macadamia nuts, salted pistachios and almond butter.

Palate

Bitter, sweet and spicy at once. Packed with grapefruit, lime zest, cranberries and torched rosemary. Hints of milky cups of tea.

Finish

After an initial bitterness yet it slowly turns creamy with oven roasted oranges.
