Nose

Citrus forward, like diving nose-first into a barrel of oranges. Pear crumble, rhubarb, Pink Lady apples, and then a dash of sweet honey, granola, and yoghurt.

Palate

Cereal notes initially — think wheat biscuit breakfast cereal — with just a hint of oak. Then the citrus notes return. Baked pear, and warming apple with a drizzle of custard.

Finish

Short and gentle, as if it were never there.
