Heavily sherried. Prickly. Old polished oak in a damp room. Touch of mustiness. Molasses. Dry walnut. Touch of dried figs.
Palate
Sweet at start but the oaky grip dries the palate with a bitter note. Walnut\rskin. Dark chocolate.
Finish
Unexpectedly short. Dry, bittersweet.

Disappointing for a 32 year-old sherry character I think.
