Nose

Butterscotch, burnt butter and Werther’s original toffee sweets, but not much else behind this.

Palate

Creamy, medium to full body with sweet toffee and milky white chocolate penny sweets. There is a young edge that is tart, like orange sherbet, and herbal, like tarragon or parsley sauce, as well as a slightly vegetal note akin to an aged agave spirit.

Finish

White pepper – a little hot with the caramelised butterscotch lingering.

Comment

It’s full of creamy diacetyl flavours with some contrasting youthful character.
