Nose

Strawberry and mint lemonade, pink grapefruit zest and mango yoghurt. Chargrilled pineapple, followed by pickled cucumber and sea salt.

Palate

Pineapple and mango on a charcoaled barbeque, with treacle and lemon Turkish delights. Bonfire embers with stewed rhubarb, toast and strawberry jam with fresh coffee.

Finish

Long and dry with stewed fruits.

Like eating all the sweet treats after last night’s bonfire.
