Sweet,fresh and floral with a touch of pineapple (cubes),coconut and green apple. Spring like. With water.\rgooseberries dusted with icing sugar

Palate

Fresh but with more substance in the middle than you'd expect. Blossom like. Takes water well. Patisserie.

Finish

Lightly acidic giving an extra lift.
