Nose
Like walking through a dense forest, damp moss and wet stones. Dunnage warehouses, really earthy. But there is a sweetness to it too, hot smoked salmon flakes on sourdough bread. Lemon Posset.
Palate
Chocolate coated caramel pieces, raisins and hazelnuts. But like the nose, the sweetness is tempered with those earthy notes.
Finish
Great and well integrated, all the elements come together in this long finish.
Comment
Takes you one way, then another, but all becomes clear in the end.
