Nose

An explosion of autumnal fruits with brambles and stewed rhubarb followed by dark chocolate covered coffee beans, burnt treacle and wood sap. Hints of bacon Frazzles and blue cheese.

Palate

Stewed rhubarb and sour plums rush through. Tobacco smoke starts softening out sour fruits. Crème brulee, hot oats and dried apricots.

Finish

Long with a persistent chalky smoke that doesn’t, however, overpower it.
