Nose

Smoky and very fruity. Welly boots and mango. Lanolin and banana split. Water tames the ripe fruits and brings out a briny manzanilla like character. Green olive.

Palate

Rooty smoke tongue coating. Water helps this smoothing all the elements out. Fruit salad on an Islay beach.

Finish

Has that mellow slightly decayed vegetation note of a good Guyanese rum.
