Tasting Notes

Nose

Rancid notes at first which give way to elegant oakiness. Passion fruit, honeyed apples.

Palate

Very smooth and syrupy like a liqueur. Wood does its stuff. A pleasant creaminess.

Finish

Dry, oaky with a hint of burnt wood. Almond milk. Quickly dries out with spices.

Comment

The unpleasant rancid aromas on the nose are not perceptible on the palate. Doesn't fulfill the expectations of age.
