Taster

Nose: Intense and sharp. Grassy, becomes waxy. Distant hints of fruit. With water, opens up with cereal notes. A touch of coconut milk.

Palate: Starts smooth but quickly turns crisp and dry. With water, pleasant spicy flavours and less dryness.

Finish: Firm and very dry.

Comment: More refreshing and expressive with water. A fairly pleasant classic malt for an apéritif with oatcakes and smoked salmon.
